Location was great, close to many attractions and public transportation. The staff tried to be friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it was very easy to get to from the airport shuttle.

Our stay was dampened by the uncomfortable bed that we slept on. It was too firm and made for an unpleasant experience, which was only made worse by the thin and uncomfortable pillows.

The hotel was perfectly located for an enjoyable stay. It was close to the main attractions, subway stations and convenience stores. The staff was friendly and made our check-in and check-out experience hassle-free. Plus, the hotel was spotless!

While we had an overall comfortable stay, the bed was a little too firm for our liking. However, this was just a minor issue and everything else about the hotel was great.

I loved the hotel's location. It was close to convenience stores, subway stations and walking distance to popular spots like the Riverwalk and a temple. Plus, being next to a castle made it even cooler. Transportation to other parts of this city was a breeze from here.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

the staff was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. the room was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities including a clean and functional bathroom.

The bed being a little firm, making it difficult to get comfortable and a good night's rest.
